Mature homes have unique conditions.

Older (mature) homes, often classified as 30 years or older, with many 60, 70, 80 years old and older, obviously have unique and sometimes complicated systems that have been updated, changed, or replaced over the years to meet our ever-changing lifestyles.  These homes have older wiring, plumbing, and heating systems that require unique skills and knowledge.  Their structural designs are different from today's standards.  Thus these homes present unique challenges in order to properly inspect them for your current, and safe, lifestyles of today.
